Fairly clean hotel, services were first-class and location was marvellous and absolutely perfect in an extremely centrally located area. Location in the middle of the city was a plus. We found nice Mountain Cupcakes nearby with hot beverages.

My room was modern and beautifully maintained. Own bathroom was excellent. The hotel had a great and unbeatable location right next to Vail Ski Resort.
The bed in my room was horrible.

Barbara
Location not far from local activities and the the restaurant, the bar and the Spa and Vail Village and Lionshead Village.

Hotel is wonderful, with free breakfast, and location is excellent not far from Lionshead Village and the Sebastian for a break from the heat in the off season and Beaver Creek for many years. The rooms are reasonably large and well-stocked and have particularly good views of town or mountains.

I loved this trendy boutique hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. I had a beautifully maintained and stocked room with kitchen, comfortable beds plus 2 bathrooms. The stuff was brilliantly friendly and catered to my every need. The breakfast was fantastic and had a wide array of options. No complains at all, I spent a really amazing time here.
Some of the staff were absolutely useless.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Vail, perfectly located right at the edge of Vail Village. This meant I didn't need to use my car at all during my stay, which was incredibly convenient, especially when wearing ski boots. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautifully kept property and a stunning mountain modern decor that was renovated within the past five years. I was pleasantly surprised to find air conditioning in the rooms, a rare amenity in mountain hotels. The pool and four hot tubs were a serene setting, surrounded by rock walls, a waterfall, and aspen trees. I particularly enjoyed the inviting and comfortable lobby area, complete with a big fireplace and a library where they provided coffee, tea, and newspapers every morning. The staff was detail-oriented and provided exceptional customer service, making my stay truly special. Every request I had was answered promptly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I also had a fantastic experience at the spa, and the hot tubs were a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
Nothing, all was good.

Time of the year- everything was closed but it wasn't the hotel's fault! I would like to book it again for Thanksgiving if I can get a good price on it again!

Beautiful hotel and location.
We were not told that there was a $150 "pet fee." it does not appear anywhere on the website and we were told that we couldn't cancel the reservation. After much anxiety the hotel agreed to waive the fee but when we left we were told that our small dog had caused damage in the room. We went back to the room with the property manager and there was "no" damage. Seemed like a scam to recoup the "waived" $150 pet fee. Bad experience.
